ROOM RENTAL RATES
The room rental rate will be determined by number of guests, menu selection & date. Pool and poolside rates are also available. The room will seat up to 85 guests or a cocktail reception for 125.
Room rental rate includes: 4 hour private event, glassware, china, flatware, tables, chairs, standard white linen, set-up, break down and service staff.
The Harbor View will gladly customize the menu for your event. The menu options are intended to be a guide for your menu planning. Menu pricing is determined by menu selection and type of event.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT INFORMATION
A room rental deposit is required to reserve the date of your event, as well as the signing of this contract. The deposit is refundable up to 90 days prior to the event, less 20%. However, if the event is canceled within the 90 days, it is no longer refundable. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice.
Extended hours are available upon request -$125
Chef attended stations - $75.00
